Hasselblad’s technical training supports the After Sales mission: To enable Hasselblad’s partners to deliver the right end-user support.
Hasselblad offers the training free of charge, and you pay your own transportation and accommodation.
We currently offer the following training:
Basic Scanner training
For experienced technicians with no prior experience with Hasselblad scanners. Enables the participants to:
- Diagnose and repair HW related problems
- Diagnose and rectify SW related problems (including FlexColor)
- Make the best of FlexColor’s features
Schedule:
Offered every month in Copenhagen. It is possible to arrange training locally as well, if a sufficient (4-6) number of persons participates. Planned dates in 2007 are:
January 16+17
March 8+9
April 16+17
May 10+11
Advanced scanner training
For Hasselblad scanner technicians which holds a considerable amount of experience with the Imacon and Hasselblad scanners. Normally Hasselblad will contact you if we think one of your technicians can be offered this training.
Basic camera training For experienced technicians with no prior experience with Hasselblad integrated cameras and camera backs. Enables the participants to:
- Diagnose and rectify HW related problems
- Diagnose and rectify SW related problems (including FlexColor)
- Diagnose problems related to other parts of the digital workflow
- Make the best of FlexColor’s features
Schedule:
Offered every month in Copenhagen. It is possible to arrange training locally as well, if a sufficient (4-6) number of persons participates. Planned dates in 2007 are:

March 6+7
April 18+19
May 8+9
Analogue repair traning
For technicians working in Hasselblad Certified Service Centers. Mainly consists of hands-on training. Is offered for H, V, and X system repairs. Takes place in the Gothenburg factory only.
