It helps to ensure that after all of that travel time and expense, you will never have to go home without your pictures.
The Hasselblad International Warranty is available for all newer lines of Hasselblad digital camera products, as listed in the table below. It expands your factory or extended warranty so that it covers your camera no matter where you are, providing replaced equipment that will usually put you back to work within 24 hours.

In cases where 24-hour swap coverage applies, the replacement camera is sent directly from Hasselblad Copenhagen to your nearest large city.
For smaller towns, cities and/or countries outside of the EU, shipping times may take up to 48 hours longer. In cases where identical equipment is not available at the factory, Hasselblad will deliver similar equipment with equal or better performance.
To qualify for the Hasselblad International Warranty, you must own an applicable Hasselblad digital product and reside in the same country from where it was purchased. The terms of the International Warranty will then apply whenever you are more than 300km from home and/or traveling abroad. Your standard factory or extended warranty applies while you are at your home city. The International Warranty is only available to professional photographers who have purchased their equipment through a company or their business - and not to individual consumers.
